Academic Resource is now looking for a Junior Project Controller for a major client in the Life Science sector.

The assignment is a longer consulting engagement and is suitable for you who have experience in project controlling and enjoy a role with both operational and analytical responsibilities.

About the role:

As a Project Controller, you will be a key person in the financial work of the projects. You will be responsible for monitoring, invoice management, and forecasts, and serve as an important support to project managers and other stakeholders. The role involves close collaboration with both the finance department and project teams, where your work contributes to good cost control and well-founded decisions.

Your main responsibilities:

• Monitor project finances, costs, and revenues

• Manage invoices, purchases, and order flows in the business system (SAP)

• Prepare forecasts and financial analyses

• Ensure accurate reporting and follow-up according to procedures

• Support project managers and contribute to efficient financial processes

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in controlling and invoice management

• Has a good understanding of project financing and financial flows

• Has experience with larger business systems, preferably SAP

• Has good knowledge of Excel

• Is analytical, structured, and meticulous

• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing

• Has the ability to work independently but also collaborate in a team

• Enjoys working towards deadlines and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
